I dont know how to train for a d...Hi Jo happy Xmas. I dont know how to train for a double but cannot see how you "effectively" train for a 20 hr + race. I guess doing back to back big days makes sense but then you need to recover. I can see little or no place for any intensity as your race is gonna be about keeping going at a relatively steady pace rather than any intensity.
